Tungsten Carbide Rolls as the characters of high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance and good compressive properties which is an important parts in the steel bar and wire rod rolling.
The rolls are primarily applied in high speed wire line, Kocks three roll mill, seamless pipe stretch reducing mill, three dimensional rolls for cold-rolled ribbed steel bar, and composite roll for hot-rolled bar screw thread steel etc.
At present, our company can mass diameter <=380mm, thickness <=130mm rolls. We have annual production capacity of 200 tons, which fully meet the steel bar and wire rod manufactures demand for the tungsten carbide roll rings.
